As part of a special collaboration, a selected restaurant among the participants offers 'BRUT' (Brut Origin), considered the origin of COLLET, as the welcome champagne. Furthermore, some restaurants offer a special course featuring pairings with 'BRUT ART DÉCO' (Art Deco 1er Cru).
